Maria João Pinheira is a Lawyer and co-founder of P&PC, Escritório de Advogados.
Is currently completing her Master's Degree in Tax Law at Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho, having graduated in Law from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto.
She was a Member of the Executive Council in the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Porto and was part of the Conselho Nacional de Estudantes de Direito, for three years, as Vice-Presidente of the Assembly, Vice-President of the Board and President of the Assembly, respectively.
At the same time, she assumed the positions of Treasurer and President of the Associação de Estudantes da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto (AEFDUP).
She complemented her academic career with a Course in Civil Procedural Practices and participated in the Encontro Nacional de Estudantes de Direito (ENED), edition of 2018.
She holds a C2 Advanced Certificate in English and speaks fluent Spanish.
